I have always been fascinated by armor combat fighting, also known as buhurt. I used to watch Knight Fight, a show where teams of fighters compete in full-contact medieval combat. One day, I overheard my coworker Zach talking about buhurt and I expressed my interest in joining the sport. He invited me to his team and since then, we have been fighting together for about two and a half years. I prefer to fight in melees, where multiple fighters clash in a chaotic battle. Depending on the situation, I choose either a mace and shield or a two-handed falchion as my weapons. My personal goals are to participate in more major events and have fun with the sport. My armor kit is inspired by the late 14th or early 15th century Western European style, although I think it has some Italian influences.
